Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
Orders typically ship within 4-5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. All battery orders are shipped via UPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Holiday shipments may be delayed. Products other than batteries will be shipped via Fed Ex Home Delivery. Orders shipping to a PO Box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service.
Hearing aid batteries may not be returned for store credit or refund. Defective batteries can be replaced within one year of the purchase date. For sanitary purposes, domes, receivers, retention locks, slim tubes, wax traps, wax filters, hearing aid dryers, dry and store bricks, and earplugs may not be returned unless the unit is defective. All other return/exchange requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. Products must be sealed in original packaging, and not used or damaged, unless otherwise noted, in order to qualify for a refund or even exchange.
