Unite Mini Microphone

With the introduction of the ReSound Unite Mini Microphone, we offer an extraordinarily versatile device that transmits speech directly to your hearing aids. It is a discreet clip-on microphone that helps you hear speech clearly. So you can enjoy one-on-one communication in difficult listening situations.

ReSound Unite Mini Microphone also functions as a personal, portable audio streamer to help you listen to your iPod or laptop. Or as a travel companion when you're away from home - just place it front of the speakers of the TV to stream directly to your ears.

Unite TV Streamer

Just like everyone else, you can now enjoy strong, clear TV sound and, at the same time, take part in conversations and keep track of the sounds around you.

The ReSound Unite TV streamer sends clear stereo sound from your TV, computer, stereo and other audio devices. You don't have to wear anything extra. No cables or wires are needed.

Unite Phone Clip

The ReSound Unite Phone Clip makes talking on a mobile phone automatic, effortless and reliable. The Phone Clip gives you a wireless connection between your Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone and your hearing aids.

Unite Remote Control

The ReSound UniteTM Remote Control makes sure you never lose track of your hearing aid settings. You can for example use the remote control to change programs and adjust the volume on each of your hearing aids individually.

Noise Tracker

The goal of fitting prescriptions is to provide amplification for optimum speech understanding while ensuring comfort for loud sounds. Even if achieved for a particular individual, this would not take into account that the wearer might want to enhance or diminish different aspects of the amplified sound in different situations. The combination of NoiseTracker II and Environmental Optimizer II in ReSound's newest hearing aids solve this issue.

Whistle Control

The strong setting for DFS Ultra with built-in Whistle Control is more aggressive in what it identifies as potential feedback and will attack it more quickly. In fact, it may reduce gain even in non-critical situations when the DFS Ultra feedback cancellation filters can easily eliminate feedback. A strong setting is recommended for use in an acoustic phone program or when the gain is set near the maximum stable gain and the client will not accept occasional feedback.

Surround Sound Processor

A feature contributing greatly to surround sound quality which was developed to emulate the human ear is the surround sound processor. This technology gives wearers the advantages of directionality without compromising on sound quality.

AutoScope

AutoScope allows the hearing instrument to adapt to changing situations by optimizing speech understanding or environmental awareness based on the level of noise at any point in time. AutoScope automatically narrows the directional beam in on conversations taking place in front of the listener as noise levels increase and automatically widens the directional beam when noise levels decrease. This enables the hearing instrument to appropriately optimize speech understanding in noise while improving environmental awareness when less noise is present.

Dual Stabilizer

Dual Stabilizer adds individual, dedicated cancellation systems for each microphone. Each system monitors feedback, creating an inverted phase signal to eliminate the problem before it becomes audible. The result is increased usable gain and added comfort, not only in omni-directional but also in directional modes an industry-first.

Soft Switching
