Dear HearingPlanet,
Almost a year ago I started a serious search for hearing aids. I have (what I consider) an unusual hearing loss. The low frequencies are better than normal while the high frequencies are much worse than normal (an S curve). As part of my search I contacted Hearing Planet and was blessed by being introduced to Ms. Janna Hostetier.
Janna spent an endless amount of time providing me information on hearing loss and the different hearing aids on the market. She also recommended a local hearing aid specialist (Northwest Hearing Kennewick, WA) in my geographic area, set up an appointment for me, and then worked with Northwest Hearing to determine the best possible hearing aids for my condition. Over the last 11 months Northwest Hearing has worked continuously with me to adjust my hearing aids as my brain struggled to adjust to these new sounds. Janna, also continued to check with me to make sure I believed I was being treated as a respected customer.
The bottom line is that I received the best possible service I could have expected from Hearing Planet and it's affiliate (Northwest Hearing). Janna adds a great deal of value to you company and you should feel very fortunate to have her representing Hearing Planet.
